What packaging does the jewellery come in?
Whether the jewellery is for yourself or as a special gift for someone, all jewellery will arrive at your door in appropriate presentation packaging. Goods are posted out in plain packaging.
Can you create me a custom design?
Our designers are happy to create custom designs for you but as these are one offs they are non returnable. If you have a specific design in mind, email us with details and we will obtain quotes for you.
Which postage system do you use for international?
For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail Special Delivery and for overseas we use Air Sure. All prices of products as shown in GB Pounds Sterling and include FREE delivery via Royal Mail.
My Jewellery hasn't arrived yet, where is it?
Every item posted is sent Royal Mail special delivery with a unique track and trace code which we can provide by request. If your item has not arrived within a few days after we have informed you of despatch please let us know Mail to find out if the item has been delivered and if not where it is. As we all know these days items do get lost in the post occasionally but as everything is insured we can claim the costs back once Royal Mail agree that the item has gone missing in the post and have a replacement item sent to you.
